Class Transfer Fee
This is a fee to transfer a painting class date to a new one.
For transfers made 7 days or more in advance of your original date, the fee is $10.
For changes made 2-6 days before your original class date, the fee to transfer is $25.
For changes made 2 days or less in advance, there will be a $65 dollar change fee as we are unlikely to fill that seat.
Please be honest and choose the correct fee owed. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled transfer fee and you will not be transferred to another date. From there, failure to attend the original class date you wanted to transfer from will result in our No-Show Policy (no refund, no credit for another class.)
Please also note this is for a single date transfer. Any transfers needed after the initial date move will need another fee paid.

If we have any questions or are unable to move you (due to your preferred date filling up) we'll reach out. Otherwise, you'll receive an email confirmation in a few days with your new class date and the date change info.

We fully understand sometimes our classes book out months in advance, and it's difficult to know your schedule that far in advance, but we get around 10-20 requests to move between class dates a week, which is very time-consuming and while we're happy to do it, we had to figure out something to hopefully minimize unnecessary transfers. For example, if a class is already marked "sold out" we have to re-advertise the seat and hope it sells, move your date, maybe mark another class as "sold out", reach out to people on a waitlist to try and fill your seat, move our listings around, edit the listing info and more. This is all per request which adds up to hours of our time a week (which we're already strapped for 😅) Thank you for understanding that we must now begin to charge for the time we spend doing this.
